During my seven years on the account, we raised their approval numbers in Virginia to a staggering 83% (quite a feat for a utility company!)

With a cute TV spot targeting a slightly older demographic, we were challenged with creating social media content for 18-35 customers using the same set and talent. To accomplish this, we jumped on the Duets trend, as well as the Granfluencer trend.
